If your tires are with us, we write to you in late September to set a date before the phone starts ringing.

The shop
Garage Moyeu opened in 2009 in a former body shop on boulevard Wilfrid-Hamel. Four bays, three mechanics, and the same address ever since.
The house rule hasn't changed: nothing that wasn't on the estimate gets touched without a call to you first, with the price. A customer who finds out the number at the till doesn't come back, and they're right not to.
We work on every make, petrol and hybrid. For electric vehicles we handle routine servicing, tires and brakes; beyond that we send you to a shop equipped for it rather than learning on your car.
They called before doing the work, with the price. After three shops where I got the surprise at the end, that was pretty much all I was asking for.
I left my summer tires with them in November. In April they were mounted, balanced, and the car was waiting outside at the time they said.

Do I need an appointment?
For routine servicing we keep morning slots open for walk-ins. A two-minute call still saves you waiting in the parking lot.
Do you work on my make?
Every make, petrol and hybrid. For electric vehicles: routine servicing, tires and brakes. Beyond that we send you to a shop equipped for it rather than learning on your car.
How long does a tire changeover take?
An hour on site if the tires are already on rims. Without rims, allow an hour and a half — they have to come off and be rebalanced.
Can I supply my own parts?
Yes. The part's warranty is then yours to chase, but our labour is still guaranteed twelve months.
Do you lend a car?
No. We're ten minutes from the bus terminal though, and we can drop you there in the morning if you leave the car for the day.
